Phuket Merlin Hotel, Phuket

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, stocked with all the essentials like bottled water, and a plate of fresh fruit. The large bed was very comfortable, but there was a slight issue with ants. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist, although it was a bit bothersome having to enter my code every time I left the designated area. The location was convenient for getting around, but not as advertised. The dining experience was a mix; while the evening meals were enjoyable, the breakfast options were limited. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and added to my comfort.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to local restaurants and a short walk from the old town. The rooms offer a plate of fresh fruit and a bottle of water, although the Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable. The service is friendly but can be slow at times, and the dining experience may not meet high expectations. The pool area adds a nice touch, even though some areas seem a bit outdated.
